Symphony

Tours and Transfers
Within the novelties, there is also the standardization of the tours and transfers. First of all, we categorized our transfer services as “Silver, Gold and Premium”.
Silver: In the Silver transfer category, each of our guests is served with water, daily newspaper, wet towels and candies.
Gold: In the Gold transfer, in addition to Silver transfer, salty and sweet appetizers, soft drinks, plus a cigar for each our male guests and flowers for our female guests are served.
Premium: In a Premium transfer, in addition to all the services present in Silver and Gold transfers, service is made by waiters who wear gloves, plus liquors, hellumi and almond on ice will be served.
Operation
At the desk that we exquisitely prepare for the airport and over which we will launch the logo of your firm, we will welcome your guests and complete all check-ins at the airport according to the availability of rooms in the hotels. This will result our guests being directly settled into their rooms.
The special luggage labels prepared by Maestro Dmc over which the name and the room number of our guest is written will be attached to their luggage at the Check in desk in the airport. This will ensure the bellboys will directly carry the luggage to the rooms ones guests arrive. Moreover, the possibility of mixing the luggage at check out will be minimized.
Minor Guide
The Minor Guide which has discount coupons for many of the shops of Northern Cyprus will be sold to our guests with a vagabond wage or they will be bought by your tourism agency. Thank to the coupons within the Minor Guide, our guests will benefit from space discounts in many shops, shopping centers, restaurants and bars.
Destination and Repayment Agreement
Without any risk or necessity, after the private conversations that we have with you, all your accommodation for twelve months, be it one night or a thousand nights, will be counted by our marketing department. On the condition that the targeted night number is reached, your agency will receive USD 5 as repayment.
New Locations and Historical Places
Village of Karmi, Monastery of Bellapais, Othello Fortress, Ruins of Salamis, Kormacit Maronit Village (the Maronits is an ethnic group which only live in Northern Cyprus)… We have prepared unique choices for you in such locations.
